I am sitting here in the garden watching the birds frustrate my cat Eddy, waiting for hubby to bring in a PCC rotisserie chicken and a tub of something paleo friendly from their deli.
I stood on the scales this morning and saw 149 lb. Hoping my weight stays under 150 by Sunday, fingers crossed!
My meals for today…
Breakfast:
Same as yesterday

Lunch:
Mixed fruit and nut salad: strawberries, pineapple, apples, orange segments and a sprinkling of my paleo trail mix on top.

Dinner:

About to try my Banana Walnut Bread warm out of the oven. Check back in the morning for the outcome and recipe. I’m thinking it is going to be very souffle’ish and more of a pudding than a bread.
