Gonna keep this brief, Just finished baking my weekly batches of Paleo Herb Buns and Paleo Scones, with the added yumminess of a touch of paleo friendly jam/jelly to my scones this time! I was inspired by our lovely Cavegirl Angie with her Thumbprint Cookie Recipe… thanks Angie!
The weather is still holding out great for us here in the PNW. SO if it looks like a good BBQ day then the meal plan will be ditched and the grill lit
Here is my meal plan…
Monday: Mongolian Grill al fresco
Tuesday: BBQ ribs, chicken and beef kebabs with grilled broccoli and carrots.
Wednesday: Chili for grownups/Bolognese for kids over baked sweet potatoes.
Thursday: Brinner (Paleo Pancakes, bacon, sausage and fresh fruit salad) YUM!
Friday: Chicken, sausage and very veggie stir fry.
Saturday: Paleo Curry Night! (again as it didn’t happen last week as we BBQ’d)
Sunday: BBQ hopefully
I am beginning my quest to find the different and best iced and ice-creamed paleo friendly popsicles/lollies/desserts. It’s a chore but someone has to do it
