Hey!
First things first, still 2 lb. off
TG!! I really hope to break the 150 barrier this coming week.
Anyway short and sweet today. It’s been a busy but nice day but I’m goosed!
Breakfast:

2 egg scramble with green onions, cherry tomatoes, yellow bell pepper and deli ham.

Lunch:
Lunch was a little of this and a little of that. Taste testing you understand
Needed to bake these to weigh them for the business. It’s a hard knock life

Sent my daughter away with a paleo Red Cross parcel tonight as I can’t be doing with all these baked goods in the house. MUST be under 150 next weekend!!
Dinner:
We had a friend visiting from the UK this afternoon, well she’s studying in Oregon for a semester. The lovely Helen is a student from my school library days in the UK and a good friend of my eldest daughter. So guess what?… we grilled!
And then the kids introduced Helen to s’mores for the very first time. I was tempted to stick a marshmallow and chunk of dark choc in-between two paleo cookies but my OCD just wouldn’t allow it. Maybe next time

Back to the grind tomorrow, in this weather?!!
