Hi there, Kate here…
Well we have had such a good day exploring Legoland for the first time.

Temperatures were sky high today (high 90s) and the park reasonably quiet which meant we could ride the roller coasters over and over. FUN!
We stopped at the local supermarket, Publix on the way home for paleo ice-cream. Much needed I can tell you. We love So Delicious Coconut Milk (Dairy Free Desserts) ice-creams.

We were exhausted and with big plans for tomorrow night we all chose to eat in tonight. Mr. Caveman loves to dabble in the kitchen and hey, who am I to get in his way
I say let the man cook up a storm. Not literally as we already had one today. Actually we have been lucky with the weather so far. Thunder today but no rain thankfully
So let me set the scene…]
Our little home from home kitchen.

Dinner was brought to you today by…
Dîner à la Maison and Mr. Caveman

Here’s the lowdown…
