I know I know, it’s Tuesday! I have an excuse… I was SUPER busy playing catch up yesterday after being sick and out for the count over the weekend
Well my week looks a little calmer, thank goodness. Threw this meal plan together without consulting the family so we’ll see how it goes. Last night’s dinner was delicious and had cleaned my plate before thinking of taking a photo. After my grotty day Sunday I was ready for a hearty healthy meal last night and even enjoyed making it after thinking that I could never face food EVER again. You get my picture?!
Anyhoooo all’s good today and I am hoping for a fun week!
Here’s my meal plan…
Monday: We had… Pork steaks with pears halves, honey roasted carrots, parsnips, sprouts, brocoli and sweet potatoes (all the veggies done in the same pan in the oven)
Tuesday: Chicken and sausage stir-fry tonight:)
Wednesday: Hoping my hubby will make buffalo chili!/Buffalo skewers and sweet potato fries for the non chili lovers.
Thursday: I fancy getting the family to make their own lettuce wrapped/meat wrapped sub sandwiches with maybe sweet potato chips/crisps, salsa and guacamole. Paleo friendly ice-cream for dessert! Doesn’t that sound good?
Friday: Brinner (Paleo waffles, bacon, sausage and fresh fruit salad) YUM!
Saturday: Eat out Paleo Style!
Sunday: Sunday Roast Dinner with ALL the trimmings except the Yorkshires that is!
