Just had the best lunch so I thought I’d share
As you may already know, I make these buns on a weekly basis for my teenage caveman in the making to take for school lunches every day. Until today I didn’t know what all the hype was about and why he loved them so much.
This time I made them bigger! Using my Yorkshre pudding tin/pan I made them twice as big as before. NOW they even look like regular buns with the added bonus of being wheat/gluten/dairy/refined sugar free.
I sliced and filled mine with ham off the bone, cucumber and a generous squirt of my favorite paleo dejon mustard = yum, Yum, YUM!
AND don’t forget the crips/chips. These chips are just a blend of sweet potatoes and beets but they are fried in expeller pressed canola oil, which I had never heard of. This is what I found on the subject…

The mustard is paleo clean as far as I can tell. It’s few ingredients are: distilled white vinegar, water, mustard seed, salt and cloves.
